The guides
Modules
Every stage of your working life comes with paperwork, deadlines, and rules nobody hands you, until you need them. By then it's already too late. Know what's coming before it costs you. Each module gives you the documents specific to that stage; what to document, how, and when to keep it; real scenarios; the laws that apply at each stage; and how to make sure your Counterfile tells your complete employment story, not just what HR keeps for your employer.
Stages of your working life
ProAttraction
Before you're even hired, things can go sideways: a job posting that doesn't match the actual role, promises made in an interview that never make it into writing. This module shows you what to watch for, and what to do about it, before you accept an offer you'll regret.
ProRecruitment
Interviews, background checks, offer negotiations. This is where the employment relationship gets written, verbally and on paper. Learn what's actually enforceable, what's a red flag, and what to get in writing before you say yes.
ProOnboarding
Paperwork, benefits enrollment, policy acknowledgments you sign on day one and never see again, until they matter. This module walks you through what you're actually agreeing to, and what to keep a copy of.
ProEngagement
Performance reviews, one-on-ones, the day-to-day of doing your job. This is where patterns start (praise, criticism, promises), and where most employees stop keeping track. This module shows you what's worth documenting, as it happens.
ProDevelopment
Promotions, training, raises you were told were coming. This module covers how career growth is supposed to work, and what to do when it doesn't, or when someone else's growth comes at your expense.
ProRetention
The conditions that keep you, or push you out. Schedule changes, shifting duties, a manager who's made your role harder than it should be. This module helps you recognize when "business as usual" isn't, and what your options actually are.
ProSeparation
Resignation, termination, layoff, retirement. However it ends, this module covers what happens next: severance, final pay, references, and the paperwork that follows you to your next job.
